- PRICE AND PAYMENT
1.1 Prices of the products in our website are all charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable, kindly refer to the ‘Cart Total’ for a clearly display of the charges before proceeding to payment.
1.2 You can pay using any of our payment partner(s) listed at the ‘Checkout’ page once you proceed to your payment.
1.3 Before making your payment, kindly check and ensure that your delivery details and ordered/purchased item(s) are correct as there are no amendments are allowed once the payment process is completely done.
1.4 All the orders made for clearance items (if any) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
2.1 Your orders will be processed within 1-3 working days for delivery.
2.2 All of the parcels are delivered by our courier partner(s) i.e. Easy Parcel.
2.3 Self-pickup from our warehouse is allowed, you will need to inform us your pickup time through our WhatsApp at +6019 660 7871.
2.4 Your parcel(s) will be returned by our courier partner(s) if the delivery details given are invalid or if the courier has attempted delivery twice to you but failed due to whatsoever reasons. We will contact you through WhatsApp +6019 660 7871.
2.5 The delivery fees and courier partner(s) are subject to change from time to time without notice to you. - ORDER OR PRODUCT COMPLAINTS
3.1 If you received incorrect orders (i.e. missing of products/ wrongly packed order), kindly contact us through WhatsApp at +6019 660 7871 within 7 days from the date you received your parcel. Our team will proceed to remedial action after checking and verifying your claim. We reserve the right not to entertain any late claims, which means claims after the expiry of 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
3.2 If you received a broken/damaged product, kindly contact us through WhatsApp at +6019 660 7871 within 7 days from the date you received your parcel. Our team will proceed to remedial action after checking and verifying your claim. We reserve the right not to entertain any late claims, which means claims after the expiry of 7 days from the date you received your parcel.
