1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
    1.1 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please WhatsApp us at +6019 660 7871 your order number and complaint in words to describe the product condition attached with a snapshot of the damaged product within 7 working days of delivery.
    1.2 Once we’ve received the physical return parcel, a quality check will be done to either approve or reject the return requested. Action from returns will only begin if the return request is being approved.
